Meals
The famous “JAPANESE RAW EGG RICE” dish uses “heirloom eggs” that are rich in flavor and richness.
Free-range hens grow up healthy and stress-free. As a result, the quality of the eggs is dramatically improved, the raw smell is eliminated, and the deep, rich “original fine taste of eggs” can be enjoyed.
It is the ultimate “Japanese-style raw egg on rice” that combines the rich flavor and richness of free-range eggs.

Kyomachiya (Kyoto traditional townhouse) Information
A machiya in Kyoto is a two-story house with a narrow frontage and a long back.
There is a warehouse at the far end and a garden between the warehouse and the main house where you can enjoy the four seasons.
Our machiya was built about 150 years ago (1877).
The building has been designed in various ways to provide comfortable living in harmony with nature.
Please enjoy a moment of eternity while thinking about the culture and atmosphere of Kyoto and Japan 150 years ago.
